Marcie here: I am closing this little operation near French Beach with a bit of sorrow, but everything must come to an end sometime!  I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent with wonderful people who enjoy messing about with food and learning new (and old) methods of preparation. We created some sublime concoctions of fresh and beautiful food from this abundant region!  Keep on picking those nettles and mushrooms and making that cheese; it's a culinary paradise out here and all you have to do is open your eyes and have a good look around you.  Enjoy!
